Maintenance Update

Last week the Verizon contractors went through and spread grass seed. It should help repair the grass.

We are also in the process contacting companies for bids to repair the sink hole at the corner of Elm Ct. and Dogwood. We've tried to repair it ourselves but the problem is getting larger and requires professional help.

It still looks like crap. It is not back to its original state as they said. Their are many dips and holes in the grass.

At this point, each home owner has responsibility for contacting Ed Kramer at Verizon 215-591-6350.

I thought everyone's front doors had to be the same color? There is a end unit on elm court and I think it is a board member with a white door and trim.
Please contact 4228 elm ct. to remove the christmas wreaths. Thanks

Yes, you are correct. The door in question was replaced along with the sidelights and surrounding frame because of wood rot. THP construction and the lack of maintenance from the previous owners left the door frame severely rotting. When the remodeling company replaced the door they found even more wood rot on the house frame. The remodeling company can not paint the new door the matching color until the spring and the temperature is consistently above 50 degrees because the door is metal.
