The Fairlawn Court Annual Homeowners Association meeting for 2005 will be held on Tuesday, October 11th from 7pm to 10pm at the Skippack Township Municipal Building.

our assocition is more than the singles and they have more houses. not fair. The money is not being budgeted correctly. The fee should be 25 where it was. That is plenty of money to wotk with. Stop using it to finish the boards houses and buying new cars. The board should be notifying the community of when they are transfering money and why. Maybe some of us want to know where and why the money is beint transfered. I think the money should be used to build a small park in the common area between the singles, with a fence around it. We have to gwet the kids out of the street playing ball. and hget them to ride bikes on the path or sidewalks.
At the 2005 Annual Meeting, the community voted in favor of keeping the monthly fee at $35. If you have an opinion on the amount of the fee, the annual meeting is where that opinion should be and would be discussed.
The budget for each year is provided to every person at the Annual Meeting. It is not hidden. The budget shows every dollar coming in and every dollar coming out.
Construction of a small park near the singles is not possible as the walking path and surrounding land is owned by Texas Eastern Gas company.
