Snow

Early this morning, the first significant snowfall of the season ended.  We just wanted to remind everyone that snow removal must be completed within 24 hrs. of the end of the snow.  This applies to all residents as well as the common areas of Red Oak, Elm Court and the North Gorski Annex.

Our contractor has been out and will continue to come out throughout the day to continue the snow removal of our common area roads.

Residents are required to ensure they have a walking path on all sidewalks.  Additionally, snow may not be thrown into the street where it creates a hazard.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email the board at fchaboard@hotmail.com.

Stay Warm!!!

The Snow is here!!!

The past week we have seen the start of the snow season!  For some (of a younger age) this means sledding and snow days.  But for most of us, it means shoveling and snowy roads.  We wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about a couple of issues regarding snow removal.

1)  The township is responsible for the plowing of Dogwood Lane and North Gorski proper.  Any issues regarding these two roads should be directed to the township offices.  Their phone number is 610-454-0909.

2) Elm Court, Red Oak and the North Gorski Annex are the responsibility of the board and the community.  Our vendor ensures that these roads are properly cleared within 24 hours of the end of a snowfall.

3) Sidewalks within the community are to be cleared by each homeowner.  Sidewalks within your unit boundaries MUST be  cleared within 24 hours of the end of a snowfall.  Failure to do this can result in a $25 fine per incident.  Please note, snow and ice may not be piled in the roadways or in a manner which prevents a clear walking path on the sidewalks.  Further information on this can be found in the Rules and Regulations on page 2 under Snow Removal.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the board at fchaboard@hotmail.com.
