Snow Removal

It is that time of year again! The weatherman is predicting snow. Please note the regulations regarding snow removal. Sidewalks must have a cleared path and snow is not to be placed in the streets. Have a safe and happy holiday season.

Increase in Association Fees for 2008

As the cost of Trash Removal and Lawn Care have increased due to fuel prices we will be increasing the Monthly Association Fees to $40.00 per month. This increase will be effective starting with your January 2008 payment.
