Bulk Trash Removal
The contract with Allied Waste (formerly BFI) does not allow for bulk item trash pickup. This includes items such as couches, chairs, mattresses, box springs, etc. If you want to get rid a large item, you need to contact Allied Waste to arrange pickup. Maintenance Update
Last week the Verizon contractors went through and spread grass seed. It should help repair the grass.
We are also in the process contacting companies for bids to repair the sink hole at the corner of Elm Ct. and Dogwood. We've tried to repair it ourselves but the problem is getting larger and requires professional help.

Verizon Update
The supervisor for Maztec, the contracting company doing the work for Verizon, contacted the board tonight. We explained that we are concerned about the state of the residents' properties. JB, the supervisor, informed us that it will look bad until the final clean up is done. He apologized for the mess and distraction. He expects to be done in our area in 2 or 3 business days. We have his contact number and will contact him if needed

Neighborhood Paint Markings
Some of you may be wondering what the white and orange markings are around the neighborhood. According to the township, Verizon is installing fiber optic cabling to our houses to be able to provide DSL and TV services. This installation requires other companies to come and mark their cabling routes so that they don't cut into them. The paint is designed to wear off over time.
Verizon will be installing their lines under ground and should not be damaging sidewalks and walkways. They are required to repair any damage they cause.
